CUSTOMER SERVICE
Job description:
- Explaining services and products to customer / clients
- Giving solution to customers' problems
- Handling and relaying customer complaints
Minimum requirements:
- Man / Woman
- Minimum education Diploma
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English is preferrable
- Able to use MS Office (Word / Excel / Power Point)
- High dicipline and work commitment
Basic Salary: Rp 2,000,000 - Rp 4,000,000.-
