In order to support our growing business, we are looking for a qualified and motivated candidate for the following position:
Project Cost Controller
The role exists to primarily perform cost estimating, tracking, analyses and reporting. The Project Cost Controller is envisaged to eventually become a focal point and custodian of all current and historical cost related information.
Responsibilities:
· Develop Project Cost Structure and Cost Account Codes for various projects.
· Prepare project cost estimate of resources and other expenses, as well as tracking and control procedure with good coordination with various departments, operations and support units.
· Prepare Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled or Spent Profile with agreement from departments leaders.
· Prepare cost report updates and report generation for review by Management.
· Perform cost data processing and analysis in order to provide Management with project status, forecasts and corrective actions or alternatives.
· Record cost information in project database at the time of project completion and utilise this cost database for future project cost estimation.
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing for project cost reports and other cost related documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 degree in Accounting, Engineering or Business, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Working knowledge of Primavera or other Project Management Tools
- Good in MS Word and Excel is a must
- Bilingual in Indonesian and English is highly preferable
- Good in time & cost management, administration and communication skills
- Self motivation and willingness to learn is necessary
