Organization and Management Analyst
Responsibilities:
· Produces all reports related to the research of organization and management or marketing.
· Analyze and investigate customer satisfaction, complaint, workload, and marketing productivity.
Requirements:
· Male/Female max 27 years old
· S-1 degree from Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
· Hard Worker, ready to work under pressure, good working attitude, strong leadership and having a good communication skills especially presentation skill
· Able to work independently, well organized, self-motivated
· Excellent in Microsoft Office (especially excel, word & power point) SPSS
· Interest in OM and Marketing research
· Good Knowledge in data sampling procedure or research methodology
· Strong analytical, statistical knowledge and problem solving skills
· Fluent in English
· Willing to travel to our branches outside Jakarta
