Call Center Agent (Full Time/Part Time)

Responsibilities:
Call Center agents at www.foodpanda.co.id are the face of the company, the direct link to the customer, and therefore the most important person in the team. As a passionate team member, you will be fully responsible for making customers happy, constantly amaze them and ensure the best ordering experience. You will encounter numerous various situations making every single day different than the previous one.
  • Process food delivery orders, linking hungry customers to hundreds of restaurants across Indonesia
  • Handle customer and vendor requests, as well as external communication with them
  • Offer the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
  • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
  • Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and constantly smiling
  • Ability to take initiative, willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • Work in shifting system
  • Any profile is welcome (students, young graduates, experienced call center agents) – remuneration based on experience
Customer service agents at foodpanda have the opportunity to move to other positions and are first in line to take on new challenges in other teams (marketing, content, analyst, sales).
