I.      MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible to supervise, maintain and produce high standard, daily function of store’s computer system including MBS & POS, support sales area with the right rail cards & signage and other general administration. 

II.      SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting ALC Manager to prepare month end financial reports to Finance, HQ and also assisting in controlling of budget records and limits.
• Ensuring smooth running of store P.O.S. system and other store computer system. Handling daily and monthly backup of computer system.
• Monitoring the store's computer stationery list and inform IT Department on the stock status. Keeping and sending up to date computer service report to IT Department, HQ.
• Ensuring efficient hardware maintenance of store computer equipment.
• To check the inventory level and ordering in the store by doing OPL and ensure that ordering is keyed into the system.
• Produce and ensure the correct rail card and signage in sales floor.
• Following up with suppliers daily on overdue delivery dates, etc.
• Faxing the order request in emergency cases.
• Assisting to monitor and work with managers on negative stocks, slow movers and obsolete stocks.
• To assist in coordinating and participating in stock take activities and checking on the quantity of the stock takes.
