Travel Helper Worldwide is a travel consultant company, established in Seattle, Washington USA. We handle all of the travel related services and issues within both the domestic and international sectors. In the year of 2008, Travel Helper Worldwide proudly expands its service to Indonesia and we are looking for a committed Tour Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• To plan, create, confirm and operate tour and travel programs to meet the needs of clients.
• Deal with suppliers (local agents, airlines, hotels, etc); resolve any problems with accommodations, itineraries or service.
• Quote best airfares, hotel vouchers, transportation services, tour guides and other similar businesses; find alternatives for tour arrangements.
• To help the arrangement of clients’ travel documentations, such as: making new/re-new passports, visas, travel insurances, etc.
• To prepare necessary administrative works; make reports.
• Customer complaint resolution.
  
  

Requirements:

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Having minimum Diploma Degree - Graduates from Tourism Academy are preferrable.
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skill, helpful attitude, friendly in manners.
• Proficient in computer and internet.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Problem solving capability, high integrity and flexible.
  

Salary:        Negotiable
