Customer Service/ Documentation:
- Graduated from University, min. D1 / D3 in any major.
- Knowing about International Trade like export and import procedure.
- Have working experience in the same industry is preferable, at least 1 year in the same position. Fresh graduate will also be welcome, it depends on the skills and knowledge.
- IPK : > 2.70
- Understand English language in speaking, listening, and especially writing.
- Able to operate computer and all office software, fast typing skill.
- Able to communicate very well with customer, supplier, agent. Communication skill is a must.
- Able to work under pressure, discipline, fast learner, patient, diligent, smart, dedicated, organized, self-motivated, high-skills, sense of ownership.
- Customer service oriented.
